How the process works

3. We build your solution
We configure AutoVAT around your channels, your accounting software, and your VAT Margin Scheme setup — not a one-size-fits-all package.
4. You go live
We walk you through the setup, confirm everything is pulling correctly, and hand over a working, tested solution. Most clients are live within a few days.
What to include in your email
The more you can tell us upfront, the faster we can put a solution together. Here's a checklist:
Your sales channels
Which platforms do you sell on? eBay, Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, your own website, trade fairs, or something else? List them all.
Your purchase sources
Where do you buy stock? Private sellers, trade auctions, dealer-to-dealer, part-exchanges? This determines how we structure your stock book.
Accounting method

Your existing software
